The laboratory was established to promote research and development in the field of ICT by cooperative learning during production that centers on a high performance network, understanding human communications, and network robots; these network robots are utilized to carry out research and development that provides the independent administrative agency of Info-ecommunication research with a method that can be utilized at the Keihanna Info-Communication Open Laboratory.
